BONSERNEWS.com – Sad news came from a Diponegoro University (Undip) student who died while climbing Mount Lawu on Sunday, June 25 2023.
The Undip student died after complaining of illness and had time to rest in a tent while climbing Mount Lawu via the Cetho route.
The student set out to climb Mount Lawu with a group of 16 men who were campus friends at Undip.

The student in question is named Anindita Syafa Nabila Rizki, a 20-year-old Undip Mechanical Engineering student from Semarang.
He and 16 other people are known to have climbed Mount Lawu in order fun hiking which was held by Mapala Undip Semarang.
The Jenawi Karanganyar Police Chief, AKP Sudirman stated that Anindita and 16 other people left on Saturday, June 24, 2023 morning.

Anindita’s group of 17 people departed from the Cetho Temple basecamp at around 7 am WIB.
They then arrived at Gupak Menjangan at 18.00 WIB then set up tents and had dinner.
“What is clear from below was that a group of 17 people left early in the morning around 7 am from the Cetho Temple basecamp. Arrive at Gupak Menjangan at 18.00 WIB,said AKP Sudirman.
At Gupak Menjangan, Anindita had complained of being sick so she had to rest.
While the other 15 people continued climbing, Anindita was then left with one of his colleagues to accompany him.
“Feeling unwell (body), in the end the victim did not go up. The victim was accompanied by a colleague so he was not alone,said AKP Sudirman.
